On Tuesday, September 19, Clarke Sub-Zero/Wolf and Marvin Windows and Doors showed their appreciation to 100 custom home builders and trade partners by inviting them to Seven Tide in Boston’s Seaport. Guests were treated to a cooking demonstration by Matt King, executive chef at Smith & Wollensky. He displayed how to cook the perfect chateaubriand while interacting and fielding questions from the audience. Guests enjoyed a raw bar and several passed appetizers before sitting down to dine on the chef’s creation of beef tenderloin, roasted asparagus and macaroni and cheese. The evening closed with a layered pumpkin mousse followed by bourbon and cigars on Seven Tide’s fire-lit patio.
