Congratulations to Barbara Bradlee of Marvin at 7 Tide On Her Prestigious ASID Award

Barbara Bradlee, Brand Representative for the Marvin Experience Center at 7 Tide in Boston Seaport, has been awarded an American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Annual Award representing the highest level of excellence in the New England interior design community. Bradlee’s award was one of four presented by the ASID’s New England Chapter at their Annual Awards Gala at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum on March 31st.

“We are delighted to see Barbara recognized for her exceptional skill and service in the field of interior design,” said Keenan Burns, Chief Operating Officer of A.W. Hastings & Co., longtime distributor of Marvin Window and Door products in New England and eastern New York. “Barbara has been an integral part of the design and operational development of our Marvin Experience Center at 7 Tide.  During her career, she has exemplified the achievements synonymous with this award, including leadership in the design community, recognition for outstanding interior design and the performance of meaningful community service.”

Prior to joining A.W. Hastings, Bradlee founded Bradlee Design where she and her staff provided interior design and space planning services to commercial and residential clients throughout New England for two decades. Prior to that she honed her skills working for several interior design and architecture firms. She holds degrees from Harvard and Endicott College and holds a National Council of Interior Design Qualifications certificate, as well as membership in the Boston Society of Architects and American Society of Interior Designers.

Bradlee, who is a resident of Boston, Mass., has held various leadership positions in the New England chapter of ASID, including Chapter President from 2010-2011. She has also judged design competitions and mentored interior design students.
