Interior Designer Heidi Pribell’s Sublime Dining Scene

When Marvin at 7 Tide asked three Boston designers to curate boards for rooms they dream about creating for New England Living magazine, Interior Designer Heidi Pribell started with a single object—the pomegranate.

“The pomegranate, a symbol of abundance, is the inspiration for this dining room,” says Pribell. “Apropos we began by selecting the red window frame, against which hang the blue drapes. The scrolling vine wallpaper features a pomegranate and is intended for one accent wall, while the other three walls are papered in the neutral texture. The fireplace surround features blue tile, and the carpet chosen is lilac. We love the harmony and balance of this sublime color scheme.”
